Your payment and personal information is always safe. PCSkillCenter.com uses Authorize.Net’s payment gateway connection for submitting transactions online via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet during the final checkout process.
12. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final with no refunds. Cancellations made 5 days prior to start date of paid class may schedule a future training date within 3 months of the original date of purchase.
Privacy Statement
As with many websites, PC Skill Center collects general information regarding the visits to our pages. This is used for statistical purposes and none of this information is linked to you. PC Skill Center keeps all of our customers' personal information strictly confidential. This means that we will not exchange your e-mail address with anyone outside of PC Skill Center.
The information submitted to request information via email or U.S. Mail, the information supplied when you apply for training with PC Skill Center, or the information supplied when signing up for a newsletter may be used by PC Skill Center for various purposes, including marketing, market research and direct marketing. PC Skill Center may or may not use the information to send you mail or e-mail to inform you about our services, special promotions, or upcoming events. When you use any of the forms on our website, we do collect personal information so we can begin the process of securing your seat in the class. We ask for your phone number, so we can contact you regarding your payment or registration. PC Skill Center may also collect information when you fill out any assessment tests or tools. None of this information is shared with anyone outside of PC Skill Center.
When you sign up for one of our newsletters, we ask you to volunteer some information about who you are and your interests. You can opt in or out of receiving e-mails from us at any time; each newsletter we send has an "Unsubscribe" link.
